06.09.2019 Amur Gas Processing Plant Project
EXIAR is carrying out social and environmental review of the Amur Gas Processing Plant (AGPP) Project with intention to provide insurance support.
The Project site is located in the southwest of the Amur region, the Far Eastern Federal District of Russia, and will be the largest Russian gas processing plant with the design capacity of 42 billion cubic meters of gas per year. In addition to natural gas, the Project will produce ethane, propane, butane, the pentane-hexane fraction and helium. It is anticipated that the purified methane will be exported to China and annual 2 million-ton production of ethane will be supplied to the Amur Gas Chemical Complex to be operated by Sibur Group.

18.03.2019 North Stream 2 Project
EXIAR is carrying out social and environmental review of the Nord Stream 2 Project with intention to provide insurance support.
Nord Stream 2 Project consists of construction and operation of new twin pipeline with capacity to deliver 55 billion cubic metres (bcm) of natural gas per year directly to the EU market. The twin pipeline will run from the Baltic coast in Leningrad region of Russia, through the Baltic Sea, reaching landfall near Greifswald in Germany. The pipeline will pass through the Exclusive Economic Zones of Finland, Sweden and Denmark.

13.11.2017 OLTIN YO’L GTL Project
EXIAR carried out socio-environmental review of gas-to-liquids project “OLTIN YO’L GTL” considering to possibility to provide financial support.
The Project is located in the Kashkadarya region of Uzbekistan, 40 km east of the City of Karshi, next to the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex and will include the production of liquid hydrocarbon products, such as Naphtha, Kerosene, Diesel and Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG). The design capacity is 38,000 barrels per day.

16.03.2016 “Yamal LNG” Project
EXIAR considered participation in “Yamal LNG” project which is based on the reserves of the South Tambey Gas Field situated on the Yamal Peninsula. The project is aimed at extraction, liquefaction and shipment of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) to the customers.
The project is designed to produce around 16,5 mln t of the liquefied natural gas per year and up to 1,2 mln t of gas condensate which are designated for the European and Asia-Pacific markets.
The Agency carried out socio-environmental review of the project with the assistance of international environmental consultants and interaction with local communities, environmental NGOs and other stakeholders.
