EXIAR supports exporters in Yaroslavl Region
On 22 April 2014 the Russian Agency for Export Credit and Investment Insurance (EXIAR), in conjunction with the Yaroslavl Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, held a seminar on state insurance support for export-oriented companies in Yaroslavl and Yaroslavl region.
The conference opened with remarks from Valery Lavrov, President of the Yaroslavl Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Galina Krokhmal, Chair of the Entrepreneurship Support Committee of the Yaroslavl Region Investment Policy Department.
Speakers at the seminar included representatives of the Yaroslavl Region Industrial Policy Department’s Economy and Competition Development Committee, SMP-Bank, and Sberbank of Russia.
EXIAR Director for Regional Cooperation, Dmitry Makeev, gave a presentation on the Agency’s services, and Senior Regional Development Manager Andrey Zhigalov spoke about insurance products for SMEs.
More than 50 export-oriented companies and SMEs in Yaroslavl and Yaroslavl Region participated in the conference.
The Russian Agency for Export Credit and Investment Insurance (EXIAR) was established in 2011 as an open joint-stock company.
